Silbros Trading LLC (“Silbros Trading,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates AmazeBase, a web-based e-commerce business intelligence and operations platform (the “Platform”).

1.3 Information Obtained From Amazon

If you connect an Amazon account to the Platform, we may receive information from Amazon through authorized Amazon APIs and other authorized mechanisms. This may include information relating to:

  • Seller accounts
  • Products
  • Orders
  • Inventory
  • Sales
  • Advertising
  • Campaigns
  • Search terms
  • Keywords
  • Placements
  • Fees
  • Financial information
  • Reports
  • Other information made available through the permissions authorized by the Customer

AmazeBase accesses Amazon information only after the Customer has authorized the applicable connection and permissions. The availability and scope of Amazon information are controlled by Amazon and may change as Amazon changes its APIs, permissions, policies, or services. Customers remain responsible for maintaining appropriate authorization for their connected Amazon accounts.

1.4 Information Uploaded by Customers

Customers may voluntarily upload information to the Platform, including:

  • Spreadsheets
  • Reports
  • Business records
  • Product information
  • Financial information
  • Supplier information
  • Notes
  • Other supported files

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the legal right to provide such information to the Platform.

1.5 Information Created Within the Platform

The Platform may generate or store information created by Customers, including:

  • Forecasts
  • Simulations
  • Planning scenarios
  • Notes
  • Product groupings
  • Product aliases
  • Purchase orders
  • Analytical configurations
  • Business assumptions
  • Recommendations
  • Other user-generated content

1.6 Payment Information

When you purchase a subscription, payment information may be processed by third-party payment processors. We may receive information such as:

  • Payment status
  • Subscription plan
  • Billing dates
  • Transaction identifiers
  • Limited payment information

We do not intend to store complete payment card numbers on our own systems when payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers. The payment processor’s own privacy policy and terms may also apply.

3. Customer Data

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Customer Data” means information provided, uploaded, generated, or authorized by a Customer for processing through the Platform.

Customers retain ownership of their Customer Data. We process Customer Data primarily to provide the services requested by the Customer. We do not use Customer Data to take ownership of a Customer’s underlying business information or intellectual property.

4. Aggregated and Anonymized Information

We may create aggregated, statistical, or anonymized information from information processed through the Platform. Where information is anonymized, we take reasonable measures designed to prevent it from being reasonably associated with an identifiable Customer or individual. Examples may include:

  • Average inventory levels
  • Average advertising metrics
  • General profitability benchmarks
  • Aggregate business trends
  • Statistical industry comparisons
  • Product-category trends
  • Platform usage statistics
  • Performance benchmarks

We may use aggregated and appropriately anonymized information to:

  • Develop benchmarks
  • Produce statistical reports
  • Improve the Platform
  • Develop new features

  • Improve forecasting and simulations

Aggregated or anonymized information will not intentionally be used to identify an individual Customer or disclose that Customer’s confidential business information.

5. Third-Party Services and Integrations

AmazeBase may integrate with third-party services, including marketplaces, advertising platforms, payment providers, hosting providers, analytics services, authentication services, and other business software.

When you connect a third-party service, information may be exchanged between that service and AmazeBase as necessary to provide the requested functionality. Your use of third-party services is also subject to the applicable third party’s terms and privacy policies. Third-party services may independently collect information from you according to their own policies. We do not control the privacy practices of third-party services.

6. Amazon Integration

AmazeBase may integrate with Amazon services using Amazon-authorized APIs and authentication mechanisms. When a Customer authorizes an Amazon connection, AmazeBase may receive information made available through the permissions granted by the Customer. The Platform may use Amazon-provided authorization credentials or tokens to maintain an authorized connection where permitted by Amazon.

Customers may disconnect an Amazon account from AmazeBase at any time, subject to the technical requirements of the applicable Amazon service. Disconnecting an integration may prevent AmazeBase from receiving additional information from that service, but may not automatically delete information previously processed through the Platform.

Information obtained through Amazon is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable Amazon requirements.

7. Sharing of Information

We may disclose information in the following circumstances.

Service Providers

We may share information with trusted service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as:

  • Cloud hosting
  • Database infrastructure

10. Data Deletion

Customers may request deletion of their account and associated personal information. Authorized account administrators may also manage or request deletion of Customer Data and user information. Deletion requests may be subject to:

  • Security requirements
  • Dispute resolution
  • Backup retention processes
  • Information already irreversibly anonymized

Where applicable, we may retain limited information necessary to demonstrate compliance with legal obligations or protect our legitimate interests.

Customers may export eligible Customer Data using functionality provided by the Platform or by contacting us. The availability and format of exports may depend on the type of information and the applicable Platform functionality. Information obtained from third-party services may also be subject to the limitations imposed by those services.

AmazeBase may use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Maintain user sessions
  • Authenticate users

  • Protect accounts
  • Understand Platform usage
  • Diagnose technical problems
  • Improve Platform performance

Where permitted by law, we may also send information about new features, products, or services. Users may opt out of non-essential marketing communications while continuing to receive essential transactional and service communications.

The Platform is intended for businesses and is not directed toward children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information. These may include the right to:

Many Customers of AmazeBase will use the Platform in connection with their businesses. When a Customer uploads or connects information relating to its own employees, customers, suppliers, contractors, or other individuals, the Customer is generally responsible for ensuring that it has the appropriate authority and legal basis to provide that information to AmazeBase.

Customers should not upload personal information that is unnecessary for the intended use of the Platform. Customers are responsible for complying with applicable privacy and data protection laws relating to information they provide to the Platform.

18. Third-Party Websites

The Platform may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of third-party websites. Users should review the privacy policies of those services before providing personal information.

19. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we may provide notice through the Platform, by email, or by other reasonable means. The “Last Updated” date at the beginning of this Privacy Policy indicates when the policy was most recently revised.
